I am writing today about few things regarding my visit to this businessFirst and foremost this was my wedding reception, the room that my husband changed had no locks and the door would not even shut all the wayKitchen staff also stored dishes in this room and someone from this facility was in the room removed chairs from this room and throw my husbands wallet, cell phone, and personal belongings on the floorAlso a bottle of expensive cologne and $bill were removed from this roomMy cake was suppose to be cut and served to my guests instead it was brought to the back and cut and put back on a table no serviceAnd last and most importantly my HIPPA rights were violated as the bartender that works for this company that was bartending my wedding shot video and pictures for me and other women in my wedding party WITHOUT consent and still not knowing where these pictures and videos are! Looking in to hiring a lawyer regarding this and these issues have gone to manager and gettin
I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The bulbs were not the "incorrect" bulbs, they were simply non dimmable bulbs. There is no reason that they could not have been installed. The man who came out the second time advised that they had difficulty installing the bulb, and had to screw it in and back out several times before it finally went in properly. Again, this is something that I feel should have been tested before they left my home the first time. Regarding the fridge, they advised that they don't work on appliances but would take a quick look anyway, since he was here. It is ludicrous that they want to charge for it, especially considering that he spent less than 5 minutes on it, and they didn't fix it.
