Lincoln Electric System

I received the monthly bill for $225,55 today. this is double the usual amount. I had already called their customer service last month because the bill was high. Their response was that it was the result of comparing the bill with last summers use. I had a conversation with them last summer as well because no one was living at the house for 10 months and they were charging a lot. I had disconnected all appliances and even the heat. Their answer is always similar. " they estimate usage". It seems that there is nothing a customer can do. They have the power to ruin your credit, disconnect your services or plain make your live miserable. Why even bother.... I had the conversation with them regarding this month bill. I pay every month my bill and this month was double. How? They always have a response on their favor. No matter what you say. If one asks to talk to their supervisor or another human being. They will not transfer. They go in circle and will not explain . I know this complaint is not going to resolve my frustration but I have the right to complain.
