Review: I ordered a birthday cake in the store on may 8th, the decorater said will be able to do a scan of this picture I requested. The following Monday may 10th I got a email from Monica d[redacted] stating that the stores scan machine was broken, but expected to be fixed in a few days, she assured me if the scan machine was not fixed she would call me so I could decide if I wanted to go somewhere else to get my cake done. I went to pick up the cake on May 21st the day I ordered it for. The scan was not on the cake, the manager was not in the store. They made me pay full price for the cake. Monday May 23rd I called the store to complain I spoke with a dory she said manager was not in. I called back Tuesday may 24th the manager named doty was not available but they said she will call back in about 45 minutes. After twohhours of waiting I called back the store employees still said manager is not available. They will have her call back at her earliest convince. Then 5 minutes later I got a call from a Karen(not a manager )but said that the manager will give me a $13.50 refund. I paid $65 for the cake that was not what I ordered and I would like a full refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund, since I was not informed that this business could not give me the cake that I ordered.

To the In reference to complaint #[redacted]We made attempts to contact [redacted] to inform her that our new scanner did not come in. We did’nt want to leave her without a cake so we make the cake without the scan. We apologize for any confusion.A check for $62.00 will be put in the mail to [redacted] today for total refund.Thank You
