They have repeatedly replied with the same comment We have not heard back from them The Attorney General's Office in Houston called us within the last week and a half to get further information on this Academy I think they have frozen their funds Not sure where we go from here

I have went to the website and submitted the Refund Request on 4/*/14 and still have yet to hear anything back from them. I called them to find out what was going on and they have said they have not received anything from me for the request. How many times do I have to submit it before something is done? All I want is my refund for the money I paid for a useless piece of paper!!!!

Good morning,
I contacted the business as stated in the response from the complaint and went to their website and there is no section to select for a refund. It brings you to the school page and they have a place for you to contact them via email but not a selection for refund.
I emailed the company to request a refund and they have yet to contact me via phone or email. What is the next step to follow?
