Review: I have a CPAP machine provided by Lincare. November 3, 2014, Lincare came without any warning and took the machine away saying I did not use it enough. I have custody of a down's syndrome adult who I am up and down with through out the night. I use the machine at night when I am able. November 23 Lincare then returned my machine with me not asking for them to return it. I accepted the machine back because I could tell my health was declining without using it every day. After receiving it back, Lincare told me the insurance has paid for the machine. I am now getting invoices for a bill of $144.04 after being told it was paid for. After calling Lincare, they proceeded to tell me the insurance paid 80%, I am liable to pay the rest. I explained to Lincare that when they dropped the machine off November 23, the lady keep telling me the machine was paid off and I didn't owe anything.Desired Settlement: I was told it was paid off. Was not expecting to be billed $144.04.
