With regard to this complaint. I [redacted] as the Owner of Limitless Construction Services LLC was asked to engage with Mr. [redacted] (Client) in order to help the client beat a violation that the City of San Antonio gave them for building a structure that wasn't permitted. I personally...
knew the individual that directed me towards Mr. [redacted] and this individual had already produced 65% of the structure before I was brought into the picture. The structure wasn't in code for electrical inspection, building inspection or City Permitting. The (Client) asked me to engage with City of San Antonio Development Services to dissect what exactly was going on with their situation and what is going to be the solution. The ( Client ) had already been in communication with a representative. ( I've attached the emails of engagement with City of San Antonio Development Services). I explained to them, that because of my time I'm taking out of my office and day to day job. I will be charging you for the management of paper work for this particular issue as well as management of coordinating all trades to execute particular scopes on site with a valid permit. I explained that I will be presenting a project portfolio initially before any work is produced in order to make sure everyone is on the same page and we have the same understanding of what services I will be performing. I turned in a copy of the portfolio with all the essential steps in order to engage with this particular project. Once the portfolio was turned in as well as the agreed upon contract. The property Owner (Mrs. [redacted] ) , Mr' [redacted] Wife handed me a s $750 Check for the initial management fee of the project. This $750 covered the cost of the portfolio as well as all the information that was generated to assist the (Client) with the completion of this project under City Inspection and code enforcement. The (Client ) agreed and signed me over a check to begin the process. (Mrs. [redacted] ) also signed a receipt for proof of payment. I have attached the documents that pertain to this situation. The Revdex.com Review was created 5 months after I was paid.
