The tenant has complained to our office almost daily since leasing unitWe have went above and beyond on several occasions including helping her rid of bed bugs she contractedI have sent maintenance to her home several times to address her complaints many which have been complaintsThe
most recent incident was a busted pipe and hot water heater which as you know is not something we can controlOur maintenance replaced the heater and pipe and we gave her a statement of repairs to take to water company so that she may eligible for a discount on that billShe has been made aware and has signed the new lease stating that we no longer furnish or repair appliancesWe allowed her to continue to use the ones she has in her unit but we informed her that we will not service themDue to accusations and threats from her adult son living with her our maintenance does not want to enter her homeI think that it would be in best interest for both parties for her to vacate property but I do not feel she should recieve and money from our companyShe has not met terms of lease she signed and agreed upon in order recieve refund of depositThanks
