I would like to respond to a post on this forum submitted by [redacted] :Ms [redacted] purchased a used aquarium setup off [redacted] from me in AprilWe received the setup from a long time, in-store, customer who had always represented their system as being approximately gallonsAs such, we sold the entire aquarium setup under the headline “Gallon Complete Saltwater Aquarium Setup”.The CL ( [redacted] ) post never stated the size or dimensions of the main aquariumThe ad only stated that the setup was gallonsIncluded in this volume calculation was a large refugium that came with the setupWhen patronizing the shop, she inspected, and subsequently purchased the aquarium system and setupNearly months after Ms [redacted] purchased the aquarium, she contacted me, reporting the aquarium’s dimensions did not correspond to the gallons she thought she had purchasedI told her, “If we misrepresented the aquarium’s gallon capacity, I truly apologize; we did not purposefully misrepresent the tank’s capacity.” Even after reaching out, in an attempt to rectify the situation, Ms [redacted] refused to offer any solution.Less than hours after our conversation, she proceeded to tarnish both me and my company’s reputation, posting negative commentary on multiple online forums and review sitesI understand she feels wronged, but her behavior is completely unnecessary and unreasonable.Limited Edition Corals has prided itself on honest, and quality business in the Phoenix aquarium industry for nearly a decade Being an ethical and responsible business owner has always been one of my cornerstones, and is a large reason for my successOur standings and numerous positive reviews posted on social media sites (***, Revdex.com, [redacted] ) are evidence of this success

They promised a partial refund. I was told that if I removed certain my negative review from the Revdex.com az they would refund me money on a false advertised tank representing to be 180 gallon. Since the review still stands I will not re I've a refund. This is ridiculous! They are the one who have shady sales tactis
