Limestone Title just handled all details in the closings of the sale of one home and purchase of another. We have never been so impressed with a Title Company.
In addition to being professional and handling everything with perfect timing, everyone at Limestone was friendly! Numerous last minutes items came-up literally the day of the closing on the property that we sold by owner. [redacted] and everyone at Limestone Title handled it all perfectly and with a smile on their face.
We expected additional charges/fees. To our pleasant surprise, there were no additional fees added for the last minute changes and additional paperwork.
We will use Limestone Title in Brentwood, TN. should we ever need a Title/Closing Company again. Would highly recommend then to anyone.
