I purchased a weight loss belt from their online store. When I received the belt, it was nothing like the picture and on top of that, it was to big. I contacted the seller through PayPal and asked if I could return it and gave my reasons why. They offered to refund me $10 of the $28 something I paid for it. I declined the offer and explained that the belt was useless to me, and pointed out that there site said that they accepted refunds. They never responded so I escalated the claim with PayPal who for the past two weeks keeps saying they working on it. So I finally found my original order confirmation email and contacted the store directly. I sent them all the information they asked for, plus pictures showing the belt was unused and still in the bag. They replied and offered to refund me $2. So I assumed it was a typing error and responded asking if they meant to say $2. Well apparently yes because they wrote back and offered me $4. I went to their page with every intention of leaving a bad review, and all of a sudden, their page is unavailable. I have never meet a business so un professional and childish in my life. I would have respected them more if they would have just denied the refund. It's ok though, we live and we learn?????

Placed my order for an item on april 12, 2020. Not status on item no delivery information. Sent email to check on staus no response received from company. Would like item ordered and paid for or to be given a refund if item not available.

I have been waiting over a month for 2 items.. I ordered April 12, 2020 I am requesting a refund because at this point the products are pointless. My order have not made it to the United States. I can not contact anyone or even find the site anymore since I have ordered. Plz Help

I ordered 2 in 1 butt n thigh trimmer n I have yet to receive it. I ordered this item on 4-18-2020 a month ago n I have been unable to contact anyone about issue or get my money back.
