I had to cancel my reservation of a couple of hundred dollars due to COVID. I was promised a refund and now a month later, I still have not received after several follow up attempts.
I find it very disappointing to receive this letter. The world has been put on hold due to the Corona Virus yet we are to be expected to be business as normal. The request was submitted for a refund as communicated. It was in the processors hands and was resolved prior to getting this letter. We along with many small businesses have worked diligently to refund many bookings and would appreciate the proper amount of time, for all involved, to resolve each transaction.
