Dear Revdex.com,I apologize for the delay in responding to complaint # *** as I have just received it on 9/14/15.In response, we have several rules to assure a safe, clean environment for our customersWithout airing our differences ( which I feel could have been resolved if the complaint had come to
usI didn't know he was leaving until the day he came to store/office and asked to settle his accountI told him he didn't have to leave and he responded " I know! I don't know what happen or where it when wrong." he than shook my hand and wished me luckI don't believe the complainant is the one behind this complaintI believe he know nothing about thisI believe the complainant's wifeShe has been harassing us ,trying to hurt our business by turning customer away and against us by using social media and by posting threating messages to our *** *** message page.We just want her to stop the hate messages and move on.They choose to leave on their own!Please leave us alone!
