Limbach's Landscaping

Review: Limbachs Landscaping, while landscaping the property next door to us, significantly pruned trees on our property and removed property. Branches from trees on our property, that were crossing the property line, were not cut at the property line, but cut to the trunk of the trees, all of which were on our property between 6 - 10 feet away from the property line, effectively destroying the tree canopy which shielded our view of the property they were landscaping. The only tree that was inches from the property line they pruned excessively to the point where we think it might not survive....we will hold them responsible for this tree if it dies. We have no issues with them cutting branches at the property line, but to cut branches off of trees that were on our property is trespass and destruction of property. Limbach's has said they did not trespass, that the branches were cut from the property line; regardless we stand firm and have photographs that the trees pruned were not cut at the property line but 6-10 feet onto our property. And, approximately 15 bricks were removed from our property which were located at the base of a plant to reduce erosionDesired Settlement: Acknowledgement that they were negligent with respect to our property, destruction of our property, removal of property ......$400 to plant new tree(s) on the property line to regain the canopy they destroyed and/or delivery and planting of tree(s) of our choice that will recapture what they destroyed. And replacement of 15 bricks.
