Lily's Florist Bakersfield

I scheduled flowers to be delivered to my fiance yesterday for today valentines day. I then got a message the day of deliver at 1PM by email saying that the flowers I ordered are not available and if I want to go with something else. I reply saying thats fine send what you have. I then get a message saying that they are not going to be able to make a delivery by text message. I try calling the local number and there is no answer. I then tried calling the number that text me and I got some type of answering service that were not able to give me any information as far as address, contact name or number or refund about my order. Its starting to sound like a scam. I got duped almost $100. I never got an email confirmation but I did snap a picture when I made my payment saying payment confirmation and the total. I need help please getting my money back. Please point me to the right direction if you cannot help get me my money back. I appreciate your time and help.
