I had eyelash extentions put on at Lilypad Spa. After two days most of the lashes had fallen out. [redacted] I ask for the spa to redo the lashes as I had paid $125 for them. The spa refused to redo the lashes or even give me a discount. As the nature of false lashes is very unpredictable for wear per client we cannot guarantee how long the lashes will last. The client complained that they had fallen out nearly a week after they were applied. The only guarantee we offer is we will remove the lashes if they cause irritation or swelling. [redacted] We do not offer refunds. Our spa gave the client 2 hours for a service, over 150.00 lashes applied, glue which cost 200.00 per small bottle, eye protection pads, and lash brush. [redacted] we did not see the client or her lash condition afterwards so we have to take her word that this actually occurred.
