Their website is down and their phone is disconnected.Desired Settlement: I wish to be reimbursed the $95 balance of my gift card.

Review: I bought a gift certificate for facial and massage for a gift for family member and spent $196 The family member has not redeemed the services, The owner should have contacted me before closing their doors. I found out from a neighbor, Is there any way to get reimbursed /or have the owner contact me. I tried calling the company but phone # is out of order.Desired Settlement: I think company should contact anyone who purchased gift certifcates for refund or exchange.
