Their website states production is 3-5 days from order and free standard delivery 6-10 days. I placed my order for two custom bracelets on 11/14/19. To date 12/06/19 I still have not received my order. I have placed 4-telephone calls and 2-emails requesting info regarding productions and delivery. To date no response. This order was for two family members birthdays. Needless to say, the birthdays have passed and still no delivery. Their "terms and conditions" statement on website is not true. They have terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE NOT A RELIABLE MERCHANT! I will be contacting my credit card company and request a refund.

I ordered this with my daughters name on it. It took 1 week longer to receive then stated on the website when I ordered. When I finally received the bracelet the cross was solid instead of the one with rhinestones that I paid more for. No communication updates from seller. I emailed that bracelet was not as ordered and seller didn't even respond. When emailing with seller regarding the delay in shipping, seller provided no assistance nor was apologetic. Also left voice-mail on contact # online and never got a call back. If you're looking to receive your jewelry on time and exactly as ordered.... GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!!!! Do not recommend!
