I ordered my $45 product on Oct. 10th. I received my confirmation email the same day. The confirmation email told me to expect the product within 3 to 5 business days. It is now October 25th, and with multiple calls to their customer service line, as well as multiple emails being sent to their customer service. I have just now been notified that my product has not even been sent, but was only SCHEDULED for shipment, as of yesterday. It has been 15 days since I placed the order. Expected it in a few days, but now I'm sure I'll be waiting another 3 - 5 Business days. All in all, I paid nearly $11 just for shipping. Why would I be made to pay for shipping when it will be 20 days late by the time I get it!!?! Not happy.
Review: I ordered some items from the website which I received after a long wait. I had emailed them to cancel my order before I got the items and they shipped them immediately after I emailed them requesting a refund and cancel of the order.
Once I received the order, one of the items was wrong and I was not happy with the items that I had tried to cancel before they shipped them. I then sent them back along with the USPS tracking number so they were aware that the items were in transit. I have checked the tracking number and the items were delivered.
I have written several emails asking for a refund of my money and have not received any response whatsoever.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund the amount I paid for the items that I sent back to them (163.99)
Review: I purchased a product from Lilly's Curve and the company sent me the wrong color and size without notification. The shipping fee to return the product is $18.98, I called the company to ask for a return shipping label so that I could return the unused item they agreed to send me the return label. I have received nothing. I have called everyday since and I have emailed and I have tried to contact via social media. The company has an answering machine and I continue to leave messages. I have filed a dispute of the charge with my cc company and they have been unable to get a response.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund
