My response for to this cloent is thisThis client came in for a pedicure and was given the full service, during the service we notified the client that she had a fungus on her nail and that we either need to stop service or cut it low and off, she agreed to have it cut low and paid for the
service without a complaint and even tipped the employee for her good workWhen she returned she stated she saw a foot doctor and her nail was damaged, yet her polish was still on said damaged toe, and she requested her money back plus the tipWe agreed to give her 50% of her money back and apologized for the inconvenienceWe refused to give 100% back based on her receiving a full service and agreeing to having us cut it low for her and not issuing a complaint or notififying us of any situation at the timeWe do our best to satisfy our customers and try to help our customers make informed decisionsWe are truly sorry this client experienced this situation and feels as though she was wronged
