Failed to deliver merchandise in a timely manner
Poor customer service
In September 2016, we hired *** to transport our products from China to Charlotte NC for $3,which we paid ahead of timeduring the hiring process, we were given timelines by sales representative where he explained that our container would be delivered to our warehouse - days after it arrives to portContainer was scheduled to arrive on 10/06/16, but it arrived on 10/04/10/05/we got an email from *** stating that our container had been selected to go through customs exam and billed us $which we paid
10/06/we submitted payment and requested updates on delivery date, as we anticipated to get impacted by hurricane ***, they responded the next day 10/07/stating that container was moved to rail and will updates us with more updates
10/10/we requested another update, we were advised on 10/that container had not been moved to exam due to the storm, but it would happene
