I ordered several Christmas stocking holders and one came in damagedI first sent them a message letting them knowtwo days later - still no responseI tried the chat feature and spoke with "Tashae" who was very rude First of all, I had to wait for several minutes while she "looked" for my item (I had supplied her with the order number and the item number) I told her that I could not keep waiting, and she disconnected from me I was patient, she was rude, I decided to let other consumers know Thanks

Horrible company to deal with Horrible customer service No communication (I had to call today to find out the bean bag chairs I ordered are on backorder and won't ship until January) They managed to ship me three bean bag covers and one of the inserts, but not the other two inserts So now, days before Christmas, I'm scrambling to find someone to sew me some bean bag inserts that will fit these covers as they are Santa presents for my three kids My parents used to shop here often and I thought I would too Never again will I waste my time and money with this company The customer service is some of the worst I've ever dealt with

I feel that Lillian Vernon is deceptive about their shipping costsThey advertised a $shipping rate for a limited timeframe When I went to place an order, in addition to the $shipping fee they tacked on another $for "care and packaging"Therefore my cost to have the product sent to me is $not $Their "normal" shipping charge for one $item is $ I will not do business with them in the future but wanted to share my experience with youI did share my thoughts with them via email but their response did not address my complaint Thank you

Dealing with this company was one of the WORST shopping experiences I have ever encountered- although I very much liked their items the shipping and billing "details" were very poor- they were dis honest in the shipping options that they offered aa well as their e mail confirmation notification , when I called to inquire I was told it would take hours for them to verify my complaint since they would have to retreive the origianl phone call- I don't understand why they need this time lag while they have already billed my credit card for service that they offered and did not deliever- exactly in what century are they operatiing- I would never, ever deal with them again, ***

HORRIBLE!!!!!! HORRIBLE company!!!! Has been two months and I am still dealing with this company to get a refund that was suppose to take 3-5buisness daysMy first order was delivered damaged, my second order was somehow lost by " fed ex" and third order I insisted be overnighted since it was a custom wedding gift sign also came damaged!!! I called many times waited long periods, told them the quality and printing of wood sign was cheap looking and the packaging was a disgrace, wrapped in a plastic page and thin cardboardThe lettering was all faded and had print linesThe corners were damaged
After being an extremely unhappy customer and ruining my gift to my parents for their wedding, they offered to send a 4th product and I demanded a refundSo unbelievably unhappy with this company, the customer service, NO follow up, and product is cheaply madeDO NOT order from this company!
Now, two months later I am still fighting for my return which has been almost a month and no credit to my credit card

Ordered custom items (bag & sets of personalized sewing labels @$each + 8.25% tax) on 10/29/
Emailed LV customer service on 11/to inquire about receiving the bag but not the labels
LV responded 11/to point out that the sewing labels could take as long as 4-6wksFine, I'd gift them to my grandmother for Christmas instead of her birthday
On 12/20, I contacted LV customer service yet again with "urgent" in the subject line to inquire about shipmentAccount details on LV aside showed no tracking informationWanted a quick resolution with Christmas only days away
On 12/22, I placed an order with another retailer for a gift that was guaranteed to arrive in time for my grandmother's Christmas
LV customer sevice finally responded on 12/(now days after Christmas) to say they'd shipped my labels via 3rd Class Mail & that no tracking was availableRep reiterated that "most are delivered within 3-4wks of order"Since by now we were 2months beyond my order
