[redacted]'s membership was cancelled and in keeping with our policy of customer satisfaction the requested refund (for $538.20 in paid monthly membership fees) was processed.The requested refund amount was issued in the combined form of credits issued to his credit card and refund checks mailed to him, as there is a limitation on how credits can be issued to his card. The credits processed to his card (totaling $134.55) were in addition to a $14.95 credit previously issued in May and should appear within the next two billing statements depending upon his card issuer's internal schedule. The balance of his refund in the form of refund checks (totaling $388.70) are being sent, via first class mail, to the address provided by [redacted] in his complaint.
