Lilikoi Clothing and Textile Design

I previously ordered a few items that took forever to ship. I figured this was a one-off experience. I decided to place a 2nd order on June 5, 2022. Their website says "ships within 15 business days in Canada and the US". I am in Canada and it is now Aug 5 (44 business days since the order was placed) and I still haven't received my items. I followed up on July 18 (after 30 business days) and they said they were running "a few days behind" due to an outbreak of illness and that my items were scheduled for pick up that week and I would be receiving them early the following week (week of July 25). I am still waiting. While the clothes are nice, I unfortunately will never order from this company again due to the terrible customer service.

Nice product but This is the second time that an order has been waylaid with nothing but excuses from the company The last order took three months (last year in the fall) with nothing but promises from Lilikoi that it was "on the way" This order has been four months already and still I haven't received it Again, promises about specific days that it will be sent, then it isn't sent In this case, we are told that there is a new system in place and that they're up to speed with their orders Hmmm Unfortunately (since the product is very nice) I will no longer support this business either online or in stores locally as their customer service is terrible!

I have been buying from this business online for some time nowAnd I have to say that it's my favorite clothing line of all timeEverything lasts for a long time and I feel like the quality is a cut aboveMy last experience occurred while they were undergoing some changes with their computer systems, and even though my order wasn't received late they still sent me a little gift and a hand written note! I have to say it was enough to prompt me to write this review! Thanks to Lilikoi for doing a beautiful job and being so kind and fun to deal with

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever receivedBegan with problems with online orderingI was excited about ordering several pieces from a Canadian company for my up coming vacationPromised business day max deliveryThat was in JanuarySo many excuses, understaffed, illness, computer issues, out of stock, SENT MY ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE WITH THE SAME NAME, they lost my postal code
The most frustrating thing is that every few days I would email and they would say that my order was being shipped ASAP or its right here ready to goAfter several months of no order I asked for a refund; they said that they were sending one of the dresses I ordered( now in the clearance section) as an apology ASAPThat was weeks ago :(It is now May!
