Initial Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 15, 2016/02/25) */ The complaint being made has no merit The customer did have access into the bar and he did admit that he pushed a girl after saying he was pushed by her Our manager from our other establishment saw it first hand and asked him why he did it, and his response was because she pushed me first We was escorted out where he proceeded to go to our other establishment to confront the restaurant manager The complainant did come and see me to tell me the above story I asked him if he had any alcoholic beverages that night and he said he did drink a few but he was not drunk That being said, he was drinking and he did admit to pushing the girl, he was denied a refund We have a great New year's eve party every year The reason we do, is because we don't tolerate people like the complainant I will not be giving him a refund or anything else Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (4200, 17, 2016/02/25) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The fact that Pacifico/Niche failed to respond despite promise from George (GM) speaks to their level of customer serviceI did not push anyoneIt is now clear that Pacifico was trying to stay within fire code regulations by removing the most vulnerable or anyone alone hoping to ring in the New YearPacifico may have made an extra few dollars by this shameful situationI will do my best to discourage anyone from looking to enjoy an evening at either Pacifico or Niche due to their poor operations
