Front desk personnel is rude and incompetent. If you want to reach someone you will be bounced around from person to person for an hour. You will be provided with low quality of care and dental negligence. I came in for Invisalign for minor overcrowding on the bottom. In the span of only two appointments they had managed to make my teeth worse than when I came in. The first appointment the trays did not fit correctly and the second time I came in to have the attachments removed and redo the impression. While removing the attachments, too much of the tooth surface was removed, causing my nerve to become inflamed and painful which can lead to nerve infection causing the tooth to die off and needing a root canal treatment to keep it. This can cost $1500 per tooth. The tooth structure should not be altered at all when removing attachments. My gum lines had receded and an obvious line was visible. I had to have desensitizing agent placed on 6 teeth for the terrible pain. The curvature of my teeth was altered, making one tooth straight while another curved. Enamel was removed causing permanent damage. Further showing the level of unprofessionalism this office shows patients.

You will end up in pain, having paid a lot of money and having to pay more money to fix what they ruined.
