Review: I purchased a [redacted] on 11/20/2014 for this companies services for a remote starter. On 11/26/2014 I went and had a remote starter installed, it took over 6 hours to get done, when I was told 2 hours max. A day later the check engine light appeared on my dashboard. I contacted the company and was told that the light was normal and it should disappear within a day or two. A few days passed and it was still on. I went to my local car dealership on 12/4/2014 for a standard oil change and to have the check engine issue looked at. I was told that the remote starter installed by this company, was incorrectly installed; to the point where two wires were damaged and my push to start starter was also damaged! I had to pay over $500 to get the remote starter stripped and wires repaired, I was also told that additional damage would more than likely follow, on this 2014 vehicle. The company has not answered nor returned any of my multiple phone calls. I am seeking a full refund for both the remote starter / bypass and what I paid to the dealership directly for work this company preformed on my brand new car, that caused this huge headache and additional damage to my vehicle. I have pictures proving my case. I think this is horrible service and wouldn't wish this nightmare on my worst enemy!Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund of the remote starter purchased on [redacted], the additional money for the bypass that was installed; as well as the additional $500 that was spent fixing this whole dilemma at the dealership.
