Dear Representative of the Revdex.com,I am fully aware that our customer is upset at the amount of time it took us to repair her vehicle, as it was much longer than the expected completion time for the repairsA set back with the insurance company on a supplement kept us from being able
to work on the carOnce that issue was resolved another came up, as the major panel being replaced was nowhere to be found in CaliforniaThe part was on back order at all dealers and we had to wait for it to be delivered from another stateIn compensation for the inconvenience the customer had to face we did not charge her the amount for the deductible, which was $dollars, as well as we gave her an additional $dollars towards rental car expensesIf this is not enough to compensate the extra repair time frame, which we did not do on purpose as it was out of our control, I do not know what will.As far as the unanswered calls go, she was aware of the cause of the delays but was being unreasonable calling to times a day to ask the same questionWe had no other response to give her as we had already informed her of the delays.Thank you for your time, if you have any questions feel free to contact meSincerely,*** ***Like New Auto Body
