Our initial report of Mr***'s issues came into our Facebook Page on the evening of November 15thWe informed Mr*** via Facebook that we would have some one contact him to get his issues figured outOn the morning of November 16th,
we looked though our customer billing records and found no customer by the name of *** ***We then replied to Mr***, via Facebook, asking him to contact our office so we can schedule a trouble ticket to solve the issueWe have had no response from Mr*** via phone or further Facebook messages since his comments on November 15th
Upon receiving the notice from the Revdex.com we looked up the address Mr*** supplied, and have no active accounts at the addressThe last active account at the address Mr*** provided was disconnected on 10/02/
We want to help resolve Mr***'s issue with his internet speed but are unable to locate him in our system as a customer and have no active accounts at the address he provided
