Met with owner and agreed to work on 6/21/18, work performed on 6/28/18, and invoice paid on 7/9/18 for $1200.00.
Flat roof was NEVER adequately repaired and has had numerous subsequent leaks resulting in ceiling and walls repairs and other damages.
Outside contractor repaired bedroom walls and ceiling, only to have these repairs ruined by additional leaking.
Homeowner has been without the use of the only guest room gorore than 6 months.
Owner has been notified more than a dozen times and promised to return and bring the needed personnel and/or equipment to complete the contracted work.
He has not kept any future appointments and continues to make excuses for his refusal/inability to return. Roof last leaked on 12/26/18
