responseI have received this same response from the regional manager multiple times since November In the interim I am making monthly payments for a service that I have canceled since September Further, multiple promises for their BP to call to resolve this issue has also not occurred I would rather know what the problem is , why it is taking so long to resolve the problem and a date when the problem will be resolved
