Review: I made a deal with this company back in Dec 8th 2010. The deal was that they were going to take video and photos at my wedding overseas (Dom.Rep) They gave me a contract that was never signed by either or.They we charging me $2,500 and I will pay for the air and hotel for two people for a total of $5,000. I pay out of my pocket the air and the hotel at a 5 star hotel.My wedding was on July 8th 2011. I have many emails and voice recording that took 13 months for them to give me the album. 16 months after they call me that the video was was in, but to my bad luck with them the video was muted there is no voice at all, they covered all the voice with music, I spoke to the person who edited the video and he told me that was the best I was able to do, what these people did to you was a bad quality video (((by the way I have a copy they don't know))) I paid them in total of $2,000 in total and I refuse to pay them the rest. They told me you are not getting your video if you don't pay the rest and I told them I don't want that bad quality video, keep it. My brother in-law took a better video with a hand camera than what this studio did. If they say something different I have every conversation recorded. I was able to get back $500 from American Express, I was not able to get the rest because it was too long ago. I have every conversation and email with me.Desired Settlement: Since they gave me half of work I just want them to give me back $500
