Review: I purchased a computer using my own hard drive about a year ago from this company. I also purchased a wireless USB adapter from them about 6 months ago. The wireless connection was not connecting and I was getting cannot display web page on the screen with no connection..It would sometimes connect and then go off again Cablevision told me that it was the wireless device that I got from them that was doing it.When I brought it to them they changed a port that I was using to a different port saying there was a problem with the port. He turned it on three times and it connected alright.When I got home it immediately stopped connecting. I called him right back and told him about it. He said you have to connect to your network. I went to reconnect it and he said call me back I have a customer here.When I tried again to connect it it did not work.When I called back the store I got a voice mail and no call back. I called for 5 or 6 more days and couldnt connect with anyone. This included calling the owners cell phone. I purchased these items from them and when I have a problem do they then just shut you out?Does this mean that this is not a high caliber operation.? They have private calls blocked at their number. making me wonder if this is standard procedure for them. I think it is unusual for a business to block calls without a specific reason. After about a week someone answered on the owners cell phone who said he was [redacted] the owner..I could not understand him and he sounded far away. and different. I do not know if this was actually him. Someone was laughing in the background. I could not make out most of what he was saying except he asked what hand did you use to start the computer ? I heard this about three times. I have a recording device that fits on my phone.Desired Settlement: partial refund /troubleshooting and/or repair
