Lightning Roadside Assistance LLC

Ran out of gas late at night because I could not find an open gas station,was referred to this company by *** insurance, my car insurance provider who offers roadside assistance, it was in the morning and no gas stations in the area we're open , this company decided to except the service request and give an ETA of just about an hour (2:am)However this company never showed up whatsoever and had me sitting stranded for over an hour and a half with no intention of coming, they actually entered information into the roadside assistance tracking website that they arrived on the scene at 2:AM provided the service of fuel delivery at 2:AM and also completed the service call at 2:AM I called the number *** provided in regards to the roadside request and got no answer at any point except for a text message that said : Lightning Roadside Assistants : how can we help ?, I responded that I was waiting for them and asked for an ETA and once again got ignored m

This business was retained by our Roadside Assistance program to replace a car batteryThey provided a hour window to show upWe even got a “We’ll be there in minutes message.” They never showedWhen she called them they just complained that she was far away and they were busyhours later they still never showed and never called herDO NOT USE THIS BUSINESSThey will leave you stranded in extremely cold weather if your inconvenient to them
