WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS!!!
I ordered a Megan Racing Mid-Pipe for my 2014 Scion tC on 1/04/2019. It is now 8/13/2019 and still NO word on my order. I emailed and called them MULTIPILE times with only one response via email on 3/04/3019 stating they were "being held hostage with those certain parts"....
I held my patience long enough. I paid almost 340.00$ with no product in my possession after 7 months! I read their process and procedures with products on backorder and how they reach out to their customers orders, yet they failed to even attempt! On I feel as if I fell for a SCAM. They took my money and did NOTHING. I have asked for a refund with NO RESPONSE. WARNING to all who wish to shop with this company.

Company didn't ship the part I ordered and when I asked for a refund due to failure to ship in a timely manner, they won't issue a refund.
On March 20, 2019 I ordered a part from their website. After placing the order, I waited a full week (actually 8 days) and emailed them asking for an update. They did not respond. I then called them on 4/1 and was hung up on about 10 minutes before the business closed.

The next day (April 2nd) I reached someone on the phone and he said he'd promptly issue a refund. A refund was not received that day.

The following day I emailed them as a reminder that I wanted a refund to which there was no response.

I purchased lowering springs for my 2017 civic si on January 27 and they said it would take 6-8 weeks which was okay because they said it was back ordered. I called them multiple times and sent multiple emails, but I got no response back. I mean 200$ is alot to me because im in school and only have a part time job. I cant even cancel my order if I wanted to. Its either I get my part by then end of April or I want my money back.
