I am rejecting this response because :I have a copy of my receipt which clearly states that when I use the grill section of my cooktop to also put the vent on first I have the proof in my possession I contacted the CEO of *** *** and received a new cooktop If I had been at fault I highly doubt *** *** would've came to my home and removed the cooktop and replaced it with the correct cooktop What person in their right mind would ever purchase something that would not work together It makes no sense that I would want to go through this trouble I never had any conversations with MrP*** regarding the fact that I should not use the cooktop and downdraft together This is a statement HE does not Display the return policy I took pictures the day I was in his store That too is false Very sad when a business person does bad business I have my contractor *** and another witness named *** who clearly says he never mentioned that the two couldn't be used together I never wanted this headache Dealing with this place has been a nightmare All I can say is that I am thankful to *** *** for seeing things as they were and replacing the cooktop at no expense to me.
