[redacted] Lighthouse Realty of Long Island To Whom it May Concern;Yes, the person that issued a complaint is correct, I am having issues with my office phone line; however, I have not received any voice mails from this party My Voice mail message states that all calls will be returned by the end of the day, and they are Also, they could have text messaged me as well, or e-mailed me, since they were on my web-site.Another alternative, since they did state that they have a realtor to whom they are already working with, the procedure is for their realtor to contact me directly, due to the fact that it would be unethical for me to speak with them directly being that someone is already representing them.I am always looking for new clients and make best effort to respond to everyone in a expedient manner I have to say that it could be possible that this party could have possibly "jumped the gun" a little bit in filing a complaint instead of just calling back the next day or just texting or e-mailing me
