I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I have read the response of Sunoco and I am not accepting this. I was never seen before because I just bought a home in the area and this is my local gas station. However, I have turned to go up the street a little out of my way to do my best at avoiding this gas station due to this encounter even though I drive by it everyday and I am perfectly happy with my decision. Not only that I have advised my family to go up the street as well due to the lack of kindness and honesty of this business. Never did I accuse her of stealing the product but when I walked in I stated "I left my purchase on the counter' thats when she returned and said "someone must of took them". Your standing at a register and there was not one person in the store and not even in the parking lot to return 5 minutes later and you say "someone took them". That now leads me to believe you put them right back on your shelf (which I do consider stealing since I paid for them). It is quite ok I will continue to go up the street for my purchases I have no problem with that. I do however, have a problem with the lack of honesty and for that reason my family or I will not ever return. You could of easily fixed this and I would have been more than happy to contiue to business with you but you choose not to.Regards, [redacted]
