On 12/12/2016, I contacted McCarty's to identify a local dealer to purchase a McCarty’s Sacro Ease 19" wide seat cushion with coccyx cut-out The rep, Kerry C [redacted] , was initially helpful On the phone, she suggested McCarty’s Idaho office fill the order instead She encouraged me to have the product specially constructed, i.e., be 2" thick instead of 1", etc For each ashe suggested, there was a corresponding price increase, e.g., height, special foam due to added thickness, increasing the price from (I believe) $to $ When the product arrived, it was 15" wide instead of 19” After pointing out the error, Kerry asked me to try out the product for a couple of days It was apparent the 15” wide model was unsuitable for my needs, e.g., it was too high to use in my car I contacted McCarty’s and requested a 19" wide/1” thick model It was NOT apparent extra features would be included on the replacement Kerry had made a point during our 12/12/call that be
