I am rejecting this response because: *** *** wrote, “I do not know understand what *** is needing from me.” I am needing the money that you promised me for lying about the appointment; I still have the email you sent regarding that promise“Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted my entire send file attempting to clear up space in my business account.” I don't believe that you 'accidentally' deleted the fileYou never asked for my mailing address even one time and now you’re claiming you asked for it twice; this is a lie, and I can prove itYou said you were not a psychic when I saw you in person, but over the phone (as I’ve stated already), you said you were psychic“I make it very clear when people call me for a psychic reading that is NOT what I do and I refer them out.” You are blatantly lying. “If you need me to prove that, I am sure that I could.” Please do.I did not personally schedule another appointment, although you scheduled me for oneI never scheduled a class; this is another lieYou are lying about many things instead of taking responsibility like a person with integrity and character would doI called you way before April of and left a voicemail...which you never returnedI never provided an address? You didn’t ask for oneHowever, I did provide you with my card number (which I have proof of) and then never heard back from you.I’m happy to know someone else wrote a bad review; maybe people are waking up to the fact that you’re a fraudYou do a great job playing the victim, lying, gaslightingYou’re more concerned with yourself and saving face than you are with helping clientsYes, please refund me so we can be done with this situationEverything I said was true, and I will not agree with your lies in order to get a refund; I would like a refund based on the truth, not what you say it is
Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern: All I can do is exhale. I do not know understand what [redacted] is needing from me. I have attached most of our written communication. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted my entire send file attempting to clear up space in my business account, so I do not...
have the last email that I sent to [redacted]. I believe I sent it about the 1st week in May 2017 attempting a second time to receive an mailing address so that I could send a check to issue a refund of the $90 that was paid for the session. I raised my prices, I believe in September, 2016 to $105. I am a psychic and medium. However, I focus on helping people to release stuck emotions and I use my intuition to help with this process. I learned over time getting the “answer” from a psychic is not as powerful as allowing the client to pull the “truth” from their own body. I make it very clear when people call me for a psychic reading that is NOT what I do and I refer them out. If you need me to prove that, I am sure that I could. What I know is: [redacted]’s session was April 21st, 2016. Immediately after her session, she scheduled another session for May 5th. She also scheduled a class. I attached a copy of her file. She later canceled both. She wrote a bad review at about 2:30 am on June, 10th 2016. I responded to her review. It was not “published” by [redacted], but can be found by scrolling to the bottom of this page and clicking on “7 reviews not recommended.” [redacted] I then received an email on April 14, 2017 of this year, which is also attached. The correspondence show that we had come to an understanding and that I was to issue a refund, but she never provided the address. I am MORE THAN HAPPY to refund the $90. If you read my other reviews you may have a better understanding as what most people experience. Please also read my website to understand how I advertise. The basic information has not changed since she scheduled her first session. The only other bad review that I have appears to be someone fishing for business because within the same week, I received communication from a company offering to “clean up my bad reviews.” Sorry if I am over communicating. I am just frustrated. I look forward to getting this completely resolved. Thank you, [redacted]
