Lift Masters completed a piering job on a house that we purchased in 2013. There are severe cracks in the ceilings and wall in the areas they worked piered. I have been trying to contact them and the phone numbers are not working. The cell phone will ring and go to voice mail. This is supposed to have a 25 year warranty.
I would like the warranty offered and the job repaired.
Lift Master has not followed their part of a written agreement and warranty procedures as they should.
My Husband and I bought our first home back in July, 2017. The previous owner had the house piered before we even bought the house through Lift Master Foundation repair specialist llc The original proposal and agreement dated 02/07/2017 stated the piers would be installed with a twenty five year transferable warranty. Our house has been moving and there are cracks everywhere around our house. We have been trying to get in contact with the business owner for the past month. There is never an answer on either of the phones that are provided. My husband has gone down to where they are supposedly located and there is nothing there. We had another pier company come and inspect the piers and we have been informed that there were not placed correctly and that is why we have been having so much movement. Our desire is to get this fixed and for the company to abide by what they have in writing.
We would like the owner to contact us and set up a time where he can come out and fix his wrong doings.
Company has previous warranty with the customer. Company is not responding to email or telephone inquiry for service.
In 2015 foundation repair was completed on my house. The piers are under warranty for 25 years. The piers need adjusting, therefore I contacted the same company. My first call was in September. I tried again in early October and again October 11, 2018. The third phone call received a response and upon the request of the business owner, I emailed all documents I had, including the warranty and layout of the piers, to the company on October 17th, 2018. I did not hear a response and resent an email on October 26th, 2018. I still did not hear a response. I tried calling the company for the 4th time, leaving voice messages each time, on November 2, with no response. On November 5th, I resent my documents to the company via email, as well as tried calling leaving a voice mail. I went by the companies office on November 5th, however, they were not available. At this point, my house needs repairs, under warranty, but the company will not return any attempt to contact them to honor the warranty on the work provided in 2015.
I would appreciate it if the business would contact me and honor the warranty of the work they provided in 2015. I believe they need to come and repair my house based on the contract agreement made in 2015.If they would contact me, I would be happy to arrange a time that I could meet them at my house and they can complete the job and honor the warranty.
