Hello I have conversed with this customer numerous timesPlain and simple he sent the package with an incomplete address The return address listed on his packing slip with the order and all over our website is:Liftinglarge.comReturns/ExchangesNHighway Box 345Warrenton, OR This address was also provided to him in an email when the return request was initiated Attached you will see a picture of the label that was provided by the customerThe receiving address they sent it to has mailing boxes at itThere is no way for the receiving station to know who it goes to since not even the company name was on the labelThe customer refused to accept this and accepts no fault in this Keep Lifting Large! 97146 This address was also provided to him in an email when the return request was initiated Attached you will see a picture of the label that was provided by the customer. The receiving address they sent it to has 300  mailing boxes at it. There is no way for the receiving station to know who it goes to since not even the company name was on the label.
