Absolutely horrible, dishonest, atrocious company
It's great if you want to wait 6 months for an item that said it was in stock but isn't. Also, you'll have to email customer support around 15 times before you get an answer, then they will give you an excuse, get mad that you asked, and won't respond again. They also charged my card twice for $1200. Also, the contact phone number is just some dude that doesn't answer and his voicemail is full! Oh and they keep deleting other comments like this on here. Amazing company! Check their BBB reviews before buying (1/5) Seriously. They lie about shipping, stock, etc. They are extremely rude. I have email and phone proof of ALL of this, because they love to try and lie and say that they tried to contact. Unfortunately for them, EVERY review begs to differ.

At first I was impressed with the advice and assistance LiftKits4Less provided over the phone, so I made a $4K Purchase of the recommended BDS lift-kit and accessories. It was not their fault, but they should have made it clearer that BDS was running 4-6 weeks behind on shipping their kits. The kit shipped in 8 boxes; 1 box was lost and the two largest boxes (with all of the brackets) arrived beat-to-***, with parts falling out of the boxes. Yes, USP did the damage, but these boxes were absolutely inadequately packed. All of the lift bracket components were scratched and dented and installation hardware was missing. This was immediately reported (with pictures and tracking #'s) to Lift Kits 4 less and BDS. It has been 3 weeks since reporting the issue, I have made over a dozen calls (they rarely answer) and emails to both companies, and neither are cooperating or making a move to resolve the problem. My next steps will involve my credit card company reversing the charges and attorney.

Ordered from their ebay store they sent me the wrong part so I emailed them twice to find out what to do with it to get the right part shipped no response so I filed a claim with ebay and sent them 1 last email and said "thanks alot ***" they finally send me a message saying they reported the abusive behavior to ebay and blocked me but still didn't let me know what to do to get my part. Losers they got 1 star for comm. And part prescription.

Purchased a swing case tool box for F150. The cracked developed a crack during the first month of use. Contacted liftkits 4 less who handled the warranty claim to get a new swing case from Undercover. Liftkits4less had the warranty replacement shipped to their office instead of to me. I never received a replacement. Liftkits4less will not answer any of my emails or calls. Will be filing a claim with credit card company.

My order #*** was charged to my credit card on March 12. I received a *** shipping #*** on March 23. Order has not shipped yet.
I placed an order for *** 3" Textured Black Wheel-to-Wheel Round *** Steps for $492.26 on March 11, 2020. Order #***. My credit card was charged $492.26 on March 12, 2020. I contacted Lift Kits 4 Less on March 13, 2020 to see if my order had shipped yet. *** replied estimated ship date was March 20, 2020 and they would email me tracking information when it came available. I received an email from *** on March 23, 2020 with *** shipping number ***. I checked shipping number and it said label created March 20, 2020 with expected delivery date of March 24, 2020. I checked shipping number today, March 24 and now it says label created estimated delivery date pending. I contacted *** about item not being shipped yet and they are blaming manufacturer. I contacted manufacturer (***) and they told me they are waiting on approval from *** to ship merchandise. When I contacted *** and told them what *** said, they once again blamed *** for not shipping product.

Desired Outcome

I want Lift Kits 4 Less to contact *** and tell them I have paid for product and that they can ship merchandise.

I returned an unopened item with prior authorization from company and company wont refund me for the part.
On Nov 1, 2019, I placed Order #*** for a dual shock mount *** and 3" Hanger Bash Bar ***. I paid for the order using ***. The order was delivered on the afternoon of Nov 14. On the morning of Nov 15, I got on the company's live chat to get return authorization for the dual shock mount. No contact was made in chat so I emailed the customer service email on 11/15/19. I received several emails from Tim, National Sales Manager (***) and an email on 11/19/19 from Jennifer *** (***) containing the RMA #*** for the return. The unopened box as it was delivered was shipped to ICON on 11/20/19 and arrived on 11/22/19. On 12/5/19 I emailed Tim and Jennifer asking for an update on my refund as it had been 10 business days per their return policy. I received no responses. On 12/13/19 I got on the company's live chat and was put in contact with Tim. Tim confirmed he was aware of the item return delivery on 11/22 and would push to have refund completed by the end of the day. On 12/17 I call the company phone number ***0 and left a voice mail with the returns dept (ext. 2) asking for an update on my refund. On 12/20 I called the phone number again and selected ext 1 and talked to Tim. Tim again confirmed delivery of the item and he would have to check with the returns dept. to see why the refund hadnt been provided and he would do his best to get the refund sent by the end of the day. It is now 12/26 and I still have no refund and no follow-up emails or phone calls with updates on the status/timing of my refund.

The purchase price for the dual shock mount was $170.95 - 5% off or $162.40. Therefore, in accordance with their return policy I am requesting a full refund of $162.40.

Great Company, had the parts I needed at a great price. Received my parts on time. I look forward to Buying from them in the future.

Company is working through a merger and will will take some time for things to settle. Stock price will take a hit as the company works through this. Company in general is a good company, which delivers high quality products to their customers. If you take a look at their Ebay reviews, and now distributing products through Walmart, they are moving a lot of product with many positive reviews.
In regards to the operations side of things, The 4 Less Corp is performing very well. In regards to the administration side of things, there's much left to be desired - which is being worked. FLES doesn't have a large staff at the moment, and have also outsourced their accounting responsibilities to Fruci and associates. It has been a long wait for their financial reporting, but they have slowly been reaching the SEC for official filing. We are now waiting on the Q2 reports, which should presumably be filed before close of the year. After which we wait for Q3, which will bring FLES current on their financial reporting. FLES is working to get current and word from FLES Mgmt has stated they are making changes to the way the financials are being processed to make the financial reporting process more streamlined. Hopefully with the changes in place, we will see FLES PPS where it should be, a high performing stock.

Just thought I would through this review up to add a little more detail to the previous comment.

FLES stock price has definitely taken a huge dip over the last several months. But do understand, that as a shareholder, we must first expect to see the company grow and see success before we as investors are able to see a return on our investment.

Pitiful public company and management. Not only did they do a R/S, then the stock dove to trips again. Run!

Worst customer service EVER!! I would fire Tim ASAP ZERO STARS!! BUYERS BEWARE!!To bad the owner Chris has no idea!! I had to order from 4 wheel parts and was great!!

The company has relentlessly diluted their stock to the point, investors have lost 90 percent of their value.
I thought the company was supposed to look out for shareholder value.
