Just finished having Solarize install my panels. Very pleased with the process. Installation was just as scheduled and customer service was finally a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend.
The installation process went well. The failed first inspection had nothing to do with the solar installation, it was because of the existing circuit breaker box missing a couple of bolts. Overall very pleased with every one I came in contact with: Anton, Diana and the three installers.
Solarize rep by the name of Jay *** came to our house and presented their product. He then made a contract thru his laptop which includes: relocation of our pool solar, a $10,000.00 loan from *** for the initiation of paperwork and permit then the loan will be consolidated with the total amount payable to Solarize. And now *** wants me to pay the monthly dues but Solarize did not fulfill the contract as they have not reinstalled my pool solar. I told them that I will not start paying yet as they did not fulfill the contract. Whenever I tell mention my pool solar, Solarize will always say 'oh the contractor did not call you yet'. I now believe that *** is one company with Solarize.I was forced to pay in Feb because they will penalize me.

I am responding in regards to above client. We would like to have this case closed, as we have complied with client's requests, and have completed the pool solar, as per written contract.
Attached is the complaint report for reference. Client signed release as well, stating that work was completed.

I RECENTLY HAD SOLAR PANELS INSTALLED AND PAID $28,200 I WAS TOLD THIS PRICE WAS TO INCLUDE $800 REBATE FROM THE ELECTRIC CO THEY RECEIVED $949 DOLLARS AND REFUSE TO REFUND $149 THAT THEY RECEIVED. THERE WAS SEVERAL PROBLEMS I HAD WITH THIS COMPANY WHEN THEY INSTALLED THE PRODUCT THEY LEFT AND I HAD TO CALL THEM BECAUSE HALF MY HOUSE DID NOT HAVE ELECTRICTY. WHEN THE INSPECTOR CAME ONE OF THE CONNECTORS WAS NOT TIGHT HE WAS KIND ENOUGH TO TIGHTEN IT SO IT COULD PASS THE INSPECTION, I HAVE ALSO HAD PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY RETURNING MY PHONE CALLS

Regarding ***, case # ***. I wanted to let you know that we have settled with client, and gave them refund check of the *** difference of $149. They are satisfied and signed release, see attached.
