Lifetime Moving & Storage

I used Lifetime Moving & Storage to move from Arizona to Ohio in May 2020. I've moved cross country many times in the last 7 years and Lifetime moving & storage was the best company out of all of them. They are an actual moving company,not a broker. Their movers were in uniform and were very professional and hard working. The quote was lower than all the other quotes I received. When you give them your 1st available date at your destination, they will be there. I can't say enough good things about this company. You would be foolish not to use them for your next move.

I highly recommend Lifetime Moving & Storage. The communication with the schedulers was great. They helped prepare for the move and kept me informed of needed information through the entire process. The supervisor of the move was also very helpful and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about the actual movers. They all were fantastic and very helpful. Anything I wanted, they did with a smile, even if I changed my mind on where things were to be placed. They were also very efficient. I will always use Lifetime Moving & Storage for any future moves ands would be glad to refer anyone to them.

My experience with Lifetime Moving & Storage couldn’t have been better! First let me say that this is a team effort. Everyone I talked to enjoys their job and strives to give the best possible service and it works! It felt great to work with this company from beginning to end and I really appreciate all they did to make this a great experience.
Amanda, in sales, and Amy, in dispatch, were with me constantly throughout the move. There were unforeseeable changes because of the coronavirus pandemic but they managed to accommodate them every step of the way. The packing crew Victor, Brandon & Rafael, headed up by Ralph, were professional, friendly and took great care with the heaviest furniture right down to my father-in-law’s priceless porcelain treasures. On the delivery end, the guys were equally as careful and met the challenges the coronavirus presented with good cheer and great patience. Moving cross-country from one locked-down senior care facility to another could have presented a myriad of problems, but everything went smooth as silk. The ProMover Service meant that I was covered when the delivery situation was different than anticipated. There was not a moment when I didn’t know exactly who to contact and what was happening. They took all the stress out of a very stressful situation in an unusually stressful time!! Amanda, knowing how concerned my father-in-law was about the flight to NY, texted me just to ask how he made out. That personal touch goes a very long way with me. I will, and have, recommended Lifetime Moving & Storage over and over.

Ralph and his three co-workers did a fantastic job with my wife and I's in town move! They were punctual in arriving as well as kind and funny. They took great care of our stuff, especially the breakable items. We had all of our stuff packed up, loaded up and then delivered and unloaded in six hours. They could not have done a better job. On the office side of Lifetime Moving and Storage, Amber and Amy did an excellent job preparing us for the move and answering any questions that we had. My wife and I could not recommend this company and its employees more strongly. Phenomenal work!

Excellent communication leading up to move date. Amber was very thorough in checking frequently for changes. Received a phone call the day before advising time of pick up. Moving crew was extremely efficient. We moved mostly furniture which was wrapped and secured with packing tape. Moving crew was friendly and hardworking.
