Review: I am reporting 2 separate issues with Lifetime Mortgage:

1) They are not accredited by the Revdex.com, however they advertise you logo on billboard, the Revdex.com accreditation is one of the reason my husband and I chose this business.

2) the mortgage broker took over $20,000 from us for downpayment of a home we currently reside and did not procure a closing date and will not return calls, etc.Desired Settlement: We have asked, with the brokers agreement, multiple times for a refund of 3 checks that were given to Tim S[redacted] (Bobbijo f[redacted] -owner's husband) for the sole purpose of use as the downpayment to procure a loan to purchase the house my husband and I currently reside and have resided for last 8 years. Lifetime Mortgage does not advertise a Revdex.com accreditation. Mrs. [redacted] inquired about a mortgage in February 2016. She was a referral from Premier Consulting Services who has office space on the other side of the building. I sent a list of documents needed. She never provided a ratified sales contract. A loan application can not be entered into without a sales contract. Lifetime Mortgage never charged a fee and did not receive any money.
