In answer to the complaint filed by [redacted] , i'm sending you a copy of a contract entered into by her and my sales rep. without my knowledge. None of the work that she is complaining about is not on my contract. It's on the contract she made with my rep. but i've been in contact with [redacted] ... and i'm going over to try and solve her complaint.
