I was given incorrect information about a product. They told me they could supply it then weeks later said it was on back order. When I asked for a refund they all of a sudden could supply it. When it came it was absolutely not what I had asked for. They will not return my money. I would absolutely given an extremely negative recommendation for them. Go to a reliable source of medical equipment. You will be more happy. If I could give them no stars I would.

I paid for FedEx 2-day express shipping on [redacted]. It is [redacted] and my package has not arrived. This company told me they used [redacted] instead. The origin address says [redacted] and I am also in **. But they sent my package to the [redacted] depot of [redacted]!!!
