I am rejecting this response because:Facts:Fact 1) Lifestyles WAS directed to cover the floor upon deliveryFact 2) At no time ever was there an issue with the floor being walked on or having anything delivered on itFact 3) The floor was...
stable for deliveryFact 4) Lifestyles delivered furniture without covering the floorFact 5) Lifestyles damaged the floor on delivery and was informed of damageFact 6) Homeowner asked Lifestyles manager to come and inspect damage 3 different occasionsFact 7) Lifestyles manager rejected inspection opportunitiesIf the floor would have been tile, wood or carpet and there was damaged upon delivery upon delivery, there is no question as to whether Lifestyles would be help responsible. This is not different of a situation. Period. You delivered, you damaged. Period. This complaint will ge unresolved until they admit they damaged the floor. Which is completely obvious.
