I purchased something from this website on Black Friday, November 29th. They took my money from my account the same day. I received a receipt via email the same day. I have yet to receive the product or any sort of tracking number. I have sent countless email, contacted them through their website and NO response. I have called and left a voicemail. NO response. I am unsure to as when they will find the customer service important but I would either like the product or a refund. I have had 0 communication with them since they took the money from my account. This is NOT how business is done. Never received my order money never refunded company has disapearedI ordered about 3 items on 12/04/2013 and to this day have never recieved my product. My CC was charged that same day with no problem though! I called and left several vms and sent several emails and never received a response. then started to see hundreds of comments on the companies instagram from other people who also paid and never recieved their stuff either! Their instagram, webiste are now gone and that phone # is no longer valid!!! They are crooks! took my money and ran! I feel so cheated!Desired SettlementI want my stuff I ordered or my money back immedietly! I have already got an attorney hired sould this go ignored!
