Review: This contractor failed to perform work in a professional manner. He refused to perform all work he had agreed to in an e-mail prior to the work start. The work was not completed in a workman-like manner and he had to return to the site and correct some of the work as well as work overlooked in his initial visit. Instead of completing all the work contained in the architectural plans as he had agreed to in the referenced email, he attempted to charge an additional $2642. Although we agreed to share a portion of those costs he refused, left them undone and will not answer emails and phone calls. Consequently I have had to pay the General Contractor approx. $3400 to do the work. I am requesting Mr. Feazell, owner of Life Style Homes, Inc. to re-imburse us for this later amount.Desired Settlement: See last sentence under the complaint.
